Playing Box Lacrosse will make you a better player.

The evidence for this statement is everywhere:

The top 5 goal scorers of all time are box players

18 out of 27 players on the USA World team roster play in the NLL

In 2008 ten of the top twenty goal scorers in Division I Lacrosse were Canadians yet less than 5% of the population was Canadian

There are several reasons that box lacrosse is a great teacher of the game.

The ball is never out of play. Box lacrosse players get more repetitions in practice. Period.

Box players have been finding huge success in the field lacrosse version of the game because of their

sharp stick skills, quickness in decision making, ability to play under pressure and developed scoring skills - all integral aspects of the faster indoor version of the game.
